HeadFacts.com is a static reading page. It does not run analytics, set first-party cookies, host a login, or operate a newsletter. It does not collect a profile of you. If you write to studio@headfacts.com, that email is forwarded via ImprovMX to a personal mailbox.
What this site collects from a visit
Nothing intentionally. Like every web server in the public internet, the host (Cloudflare Pages) sees the IP address that requested the page and the URL, as part of normal HTTP transport. This is operational metadata, not analytics; it is not joined with any other identifier on this site, and it is not used for advertising.
The site loads two typeface families from fonts.googleapis.com: Source Serif 4 and Source Sans 3. Google's font CDN sees the request, including your IP address. Their privacy policy applies. Blocking that hostname in your browser leaves the page fully readable in your system serif.
If you correspond with us
Email to studio@headfacts.com is handled by ImprovMX and forwarded to a personal inbox. ImprovMX and the receiving mail provider can see message contents in transit. Replies come from the personal inbox, so you'll see that address when one lands. We do not add the address to a mailing list, automation, or follow-up sequence. We keep emails as long as they're useful and then we delete them.
What this site does not do
- Sell, rent, share, or trade any data with anyone.
- Run remarketing, retargeting, or any kind of behavioral advertising.
- Build a profile of you across visits or across devices.
- Operate a newsletter, drip campaign, marketing-automation flow, or follow-up sequence.
- Embed third-party social or tracking pixels.
Your rights
Because the site does not store information about you, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. If you wish a previously sent email to be deleted from our inbox, write to us again and we will honor it.
For residents of the EU, UK, and California specifically: the same answer holds. No profiling, no special-category data, no automated decision-making is conducted via this site.
